Have fun getting fit and getting your body moving!! Dancercise is a great way to do it. No experience necessary…….
I have been doing some form of dancing for most of my life, and can remember saying at my 40thbirthday, that I would still be dancing at the age of 80, and I certainly hope that I will be able to do so. I have often thought about teaching dancing of some form and at times have brought it into my support groups to enhance healing through movement. I am excited to say that I have been afforded the opportunity to teach a class which will include stretching, movement, getting in touch with your body, strengthening and obviously the added fun of learning some great steps to get your heart rate up and that life blood flowing. The steps will be predominantly latin i.e. cha cha, samba, salsa, jive. It will be very easy and focused more on fun, exercise and laughter than skill. Our body’s house our soul and therefor need to be strong in order to allow us to perform to our greatest potential.
