This delicious raw chocolate truffle recipe from Lemar
This raw chocolate is absolutely divine! Rich, smooth and creamy and due to the high levels of magnesium and anti-oxidants it’s actually pretty good for you. In moderation of course.
Diabetics should be aware that the Agave Nectar is a fructose.
I make the base (which I keep in the fridge) and then use it as desired.. as is / in hot milk / for truffles / blended with cream as a cake topping.
Its really easy to make – takes less than 10 min – and a little goes a long way. I often halve the recipe.
2 cups cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup coconut oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup agave nectar
1 tsp sea salt
Blend all ingredients with a blender, making sure the mixture is well combined. Pour in glass bowl and refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Makes 2 cups
