For the last few months,I have been noticing bees in my space a lot, in fact even so much so, that I was helping a friend in her garden and felt something crawling up my leg. Not thinking too much about it I rubbed my other leg over it and felt this searing pain. My first thought was “Spider” as we had been clearing out some old trunks and had been discussing the horrors of spiders and button spiders. My immediate thought was “now I’m in trouble”. Fortunately, even though it was so painful, I found that it was a bee. She had really got “stuck” into me. Having dealt with bees many years ago, I knew not to squeeze the little sacs at the back of the sting but to scoop out the sting from the pointed side. Problem!! I didn’t have my glasses on so couldn’t see the sting!! 🙂 I have been stung a number of times, but quite honestly had not been stung so painfully this time. Fortunately, I managed to, in a blur, find the pointed side and push out the sting. The following day my leg was hot and swollen and the day after I had to resist the urge to scratch. Once you start scratching, you can’t stop. Anyway, I survived the ordeal and knowing that repeat happenings and sightings can be a sign, I am working with the reason why bees keep appearing to me in strange places, and they are even so determined to get my attention that one crawls up my pants leg and stings me (not without provocation, poor little bee 🙁 ). This morning, I got up early to make biscuits and guess what? Another bee in my kitchen, which although not uncommon, is rather unexpected at this time of year.
- ALL bees are productive, they stay focused on whatever they are doing and do not get sidetracked from their goal. Their legs are one of their most sensitive organs- they actually use them to taste. We are being reminded by the bee to slow down, to smell the flowers and taste the sweet nectar of life.
- Those with this power animal may have hypoglycaemia and diabetes. Hence, regular exercise and good nutrition is advisable.
- If you are stung, the message here is – WAKE UP and follow the rhythm of your own heartbeat. Listen to your true self, your higher self. Heed your inner voice and wisdom.
These are so spot on to where I am at this stage of my life. The signs that come into your lives are plentiful, sometimes we just need to take the time to smell the roses so that we can see them. Note: The name Heartbizz comes into the equation too, with my initial logo showing a busy little bee. I suppose indicative of myself as well, as I love being busy doing what I love.
So watch out for those little signs, sometimes big, normally occurring in threes, which are sent to guide you on your way.
