We are all living through so much doom and gloom, bad news and chaos and long for peace and harmony. Remember, you can create your own positive reality, and by doing so you send out ripples to those around you. Each moment of every day, become aware of your thoughts, feelings and emotions.  By becoming aware and conscious, you can re-program your thoughts and therefoer the energy you are sending out.  Thoughts are energy!

Because we are going through a powerful time of breaking down old systems, it is natural that there will be a holding on to what is safe and known.  The unknown is always scary and brings about upheaval.  By purposely creating a tranquil world around us, you will see the results.  Don’t buy into the fear and chaos.  Trust your instinct and intuition to move away from it and into a state of peace and calm.  Do this by meditating, doing what you love, dancing, loving, singing, drawing, painting, teaching, speaking, writing.  The more you put it out there, the more you will see it coming back to you.  The ones who want a peaceful world are many, those who don’t are few but make more noise about it.  Let’s stand together in peace and make for a changed world.  It is a time for us to become pro-active in putting love, peace and harmony out into the world.  We can turn the tide by honouring each other and working for a common goal.  See the change by making a difference in at least one person’s life every day and that may be something as small as a smile!! 🙂
