This 6 week program for 3 hours a week is conducted with small groups using lessons in mindfulness, TRE (tension and trauma release exercises), work in a labyrinth and time spent in nature. You can choose to join either a lunchtime group from 12.00 – 3.00pm or an evening group from 5.00pm – 8.00pm
