To complete the balance of a healthy mind and soul, exercise and taking care of the body is a very important part of the equation.
Dancercise classes which are a combination of the following:
- Stretching
- Toning
- Cardio
- Strength
- Various forms of dance routines
- Balance
- Connecting with the body
A class consists of a combo of all of the above to give an overall workout, generally to inspiring music. The sessions are fun, and are taken at your own pace. They are held at my home studio in Pringle Bay.
Classes are suitable for all ages.
Move to Heal consultations whereby the client is guided through movement, meditation and various other modalities to tap into the body and bring about natural healing.
