This is an invitation to join me on a 5 week program for two hours a week, on a tranquil farm just outside Somerset West, in order to:
Together we will explore how TRE (tension and trauma releasing exercises) can be used to reduce chronic muscular tension, stress and anxiety or to recover from a traumatic episode. Easily learnt, immediately effective and self empowering, TRE works by bringing the neurological system back into balance .
We will also make use of the labyrinth on the farm and look at some ‘mindful’ daily practices to help you calm your mind, engage your resourceful ‘self’ and move towards a state of contentment.
