One of my favourites pastimes and creative outlets is to bake. I get great delight out of using “real” ingredients….i.e. butter, stone ground flour, free range eggs and wherever possible using the real deal ingredients.
Some of my go to, tried and tested products are the following:
A delicious carrot cake – large, small (minimum order -and cupcakes (minimum order – 24)
Butter biscuits +- 500 g packet
Biscuits in a Bottle also available
Scones +- 9 scones in a batch
Chocolate cupcakes +- 12 in a batch
Shortbread – packets and bottles
Buttermilk rusks (I use Kefir for the buttermilk) +- 500 g
Banana nut muffins – large 12 in batch
Mince Pies – 12 in a batch
Christmas Cakes – Large or small rounds, small loaves
